‘Meditation One’ is an extended sonic work out and soundtrack to be used with complex and intense daily issue resolving meditations, best administered through good speakers or sound blocking headphones. Unlike many other mediative musics, this process benefits from greater volume in order to realign pre-existing brain waves. In due course an ‘Owners Manual’ will be produced in order to allow the listener greater ROI of product.
