The images used on these covers come from an incredible place called Creswell Crags in north Nottingham. The site has the oldest cave carvings in Northern Europe and has recently identified a huge collection on ‘Witch Marks‘ or apotropaic marks. It’s a really interesting subject and one I’m keen to work with again.
